We are an online shop, no physical store location.

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $50. The shipping costs for any orders under $50 are a flat rate of $7.99.

Shipping to the USA: 4-16 business days
Shipping to Europe and : 7-20 business days

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation, along with the tracking details for your order. You can check the status of your order any time on our track order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
Please email us with your order number and a photo/video of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you.

Please email us with your order number and the style you've incorrectly received. Once we receive your request we will insure you receive your original order.
